1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, and pierced jewelry (for health and hygiene reasons).

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • If rejected: We will contact you to explain the reason for the rejection.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Aisle16 will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, sizing issues, or simply not liking the product, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
