Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Click the Account icon in the top right corner and select Register. Fill in your name, email address, and password, then click Create Account. You will receive a confirmation email to verify your address.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save shipping addresses, manage subscriptions, and earn rewards faster.

Orders and Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days within the US. Expedited (3-5 days) and Overnight (1-2 days) options are available at checkout. International shipping varies by destination. See our Shipping Policy for details.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log into your account and visit My Orders to view tracking information.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placement if they have not entered processing. Contact us immediately at support@a16a.com with your order number.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for most unused items in original packaging. Personalized products, digital downloads, and final sale items are non-returnable. See our Refund and Return Policy for full details.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (buy now, pay later). All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption and never store your full credit card details on our servers. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.

Subscriptions

How does Subscribe and Save work?

Select Subscribe and Save on eligible products to receive 15% off and automatic deliveries on your chosen schedule (every 30, 60, or 90 days). You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account.
