First on our roadmap is the launch of a16a Plus, a premium membership program that will offer exclusive benefits including free expedited shipping on all orders, early access to flash sales and limited-edition product drops, members-only pricing on select items, and priority customer support. We are targeting a launch within the next 8-10 weeks, and existing users will receive a special founder’s discount on their first year of membership.
We are also developing a cross-border shopping feature that will allow customers to purchase products from international sellers with transparent pricing that includes all duties and taxes upfront — no surprise fees upon delivery. This feature is currently in beta testing with a select group of sellers in three countries and will expand gradually over the coming months. Additionally, we are investing in augmented reality (AR) product previews for furniture and home decor categories, allowing you to visualize how products will look in your space before purchasing.
